MURARA Hot Slim Cream was a big disappointment and I rate it 1.5 out of 5 stars.
There really isn’t anything I like about this product and it was full of let downs and annoyances.
Also, their Amazon page shows ridiculous before and afters and promises the world in weight-loss and cellulite removal.
I hope we can all agree that those images and promises are all a load of poop.
Quality cellulite creams can definitely make a difference, but nothing will just magically erase all of your cellulite dimples.
That being said, this cream doesn’t qualify as quality and basically did absolutely nothing for my skin.
It actually irritated my skin more than anything and made it super dry and dehydrated.
So, even though it’s cheap, save your money and use it for a better-quality product; this one just isn’t worth it.
MURARA Hot Slim Cream is a white, creamy lotion.
It’s a good mixture between a cream and lotion and applies pretty well to the skin.
The application ends up being a pain in the butt.
This hot cream is supposed to be a slimming, fat burner and intended to be used before exercising.
The directions say before exercise, apply an ample amount of MURARA slim cream to the skin, coating all desired areas and massaging in.
It says not to use it with any other topical creams or lotions, or it will inhibit results.
The cream starts to heat up in just a few minutes.
It says the cream is activated by your elevated heart rate and works best during cardio, circuit, and high interval training.
You also have to wear loose fitting clothing to prevent friction and increase breathability.
I made the mistake multiple times of wearing more form fitting or tight clothing and it made my skin SO irritated and itchy and it was not a good time!
Then when you’re done working out, it says to towel off the cream before showering.
I also made the mistake of leaving it on because I didn’t have anything to towel it off and it led to the same itchy, super irritated skin that was very angry with me.
It also notes to keep away from direct sunlight at all times, not to leave it in your car because it can liquify at warm temperatures and to use a pre-wash stain remover on clothing when necessary (meaning it could stain clothes, eek!)
The cream dries really quickly in just about 2 minutes.
However, it leaves a sticky residue on your skin.
This is one of my pet peeves with cellulite creams and I hate feeling like a Post-It note.
Smell (in the tube)
This hot cream has the weirdest smell and not in a good way.
It smells like baby formula or milk that’s gone bad.
It’s gross and I don’t like it at all.
Smell (a few hours after application)
The weird baby formula smell lasts for about 30-60 minutes depending on how much you put on.
Luckily, you wash the product off when you’re done working out and that gets rid of the smell.
But it really isn’t great while you have it on.
Short Term Results
I didn’t see any short-term results when I first started using this hot cream.
In fact, all I noticed was my skin feeling extra dry.
Which is a bummer because cellulite creams usually intend to moisturize and soften skin.
My skin also felt super irritated and itchy if I left the product on too long or wore clothes that weren’t loose fitting.
Long Term Results
Unfortunately, the results never came even after using this product long term.
I noticed zero improvement with my skin and appearance of my cellulite.
No product is a magic bullet and be wary of the silly images they use to promote this product. They show drastic changes and weight loss that are just not feasible.
But nonetheless, I still saw no benefits from this product and my skin continued to feel very dehydrated and irritated over time.
This hot cream has 10 ingredients in total, including: White Snow Petrolatum, Guarana, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garcinia Cambogia, Cayenne Pepper, Bladderwrack (Seaweed) Extract, Green Tea Extract, Organic Coconut, Squalane Oil (Olive), and Aloe Vera Extract.
Garcinia Cambogia is thought to help increase metabolism and burn more fat, in turn reducing the “orange peel” appearance of cellulite.
Green Tea is chock full of healthy, skin nourishing antioxidants and contains caffeine, which is believed to improve circulation and help break down fat.
Aloe Vera naturally contains antibacterial properties and is rich in Vitamin C, E and beta carotene, which gives it its nourishing and anti-aging qualities.
Coconut is another natural ingredient that packs powerful skin benefits. It’s thought to help nourish and moisturize the skin, along with boosting collagen production. This works to help firm and tighten skin tissue and reduce the appearance of cellulite.
The 2 oz tube of MURARA Hot Slim Cream is $8.98 on Amazon.
It works out to $4.49 per ounce.
The product is definitely cheap compared to your average cellulite cream.
However, you pretty much get what you pay for in this case.
On the actual box, it says if you’re not satisfied, they’ll offer a full refund (minus shipping) any time within 30 days of your purchase.
However, I can’t find that guarantee listed anywhere on their actual Amazon page.
So, that’s weird.
But in any case, you might be able to return the product through Amazon and get your money back that way if you aren’t happy with it.
