Quick Summary:
I like using Perricone MD Cold Plasma Body, but there are some downsides that make the product less enjoyable.
I like that the lotion dries quickly, has a money back guarantee, and made my skin feel incredibly soft.
The lotion has a runny watery consistency that I don’t like because it’s messy.
I like that it comes out of a pump, but the lotion squirts everywhere and makes a mess. This made the application process frustrating.
I also don’t care for the “dirty” smell of this product. Luckily, it’s not too strong of a smell.
Lastly, the product is pretty expensive for average results. It SLIGHTLY improved the appearance of my cellulite, but nothing great or spectacular.
Overall, it has some “good” qualities and some “not so good” qualities making it a pretty average product.
Detailed Opinion:
Texture/Feel
Perricone MD Cold Plasma Body is a white, watery and slick lotion.
Application
Apply the cream to your problem area twice daily (morning and evening).
The cream lotion squirts out of a pump, which is actually quite messy.
I do like the convenience of the pump, but the lotion gets everywhere because of its watery consistency.
I don’t like the messy application process.
Drying Time
It dries in just a few minutes, which is really fast.
The lotion doesn’t feel greasy or sticky, so that’s really awesome about this product. The downside is that is slick, runny, and slippery.
Smell (in the bottle)
I am not a fan of the smell. It’s really difficult to describe, but it smells dirty and stinky.
Luckily the funky smell isn’t overwhelmingly strong.
Smell (a few hours after application)
After a few hours the lotion definitely fades into a more subtle scent, but unfortunately it still has that funky dirty scent.
Short Term Results
Directly after applying this product, my skin felt very soft, and smooth.
After the first few days of use, I noticed slight improvements on my thighs. My legs felt awesome.
Long Term Results
Longer term, I noticed an improvement in hydration, smoothness, and softness on my thighs.
The lotion didn’t make any drastic improvements, but my cellulite did appear slightly less noticeable.
Overall, the results were pretty average.
Ingredients
There are a few key ingredients in Cold Plasma Body.
First, it contains one of the most common cellulite cream ingredients Caffeine. According to Perricone MD, it supposedly helps to minimize the appearance of puffiness and cellulite.
Second, it has a unique ingredient Cold Plasma. This delivery system supposedly drives essential nutrients deep into the skin and acts as an ideal base to layer targeted treatments for enhanced results.
Lastly, it has Dimethylaminoethanol which is a powerful anti-inflammatory substance that supposedly helps prevent and correct the loss of skin elasticity.
Price
One bottle of Perricone MD Cold Plasma Body costs $110.
At a bottle size of 8oz, that works out to about $13.75 per ounce.
That’s a great deal for a cellulite cream!
Guarantee
Luckily, there is a 30-day money back guarantee.
I love when products have such great guarantees!
