Overall, there’s a ton of things that I love about Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream.
This is a high quality cellulite cream and I give it 4/5 stars.
First off, it smells absolutely heavenly!
It’s probably one of the best smelling creams I’ve ever tried and it makes you actually want to use it.
In contrast to all those cellulite products out there that make you smell like a menthol stick (eww).
Second, it’s super easy to use.
It doesn’t drip or burn or leave a gross sticky feeling behind.
It dries quickly, isn’t greasy, and can be used as an all over cream.
One thing I don’t like so much is that it comes in a jar.
I’m not the biggest fan of lotions and creams in a jar because it doesn’t feel super sanitary dipping your fingers in constantly.
That being said, it’s still a practical, easy way to apply this cream, since it’s probably far too thick to work with a pump or bottle.
Third, you get results right away.
This product uses a number of skin nourishing ingredients.
It also uses mica, which leaves an immediate sheen on your skin, making it look healthy and luxurious.
Within a few uses, my skin was incredibly soft and moisturized.
After a few weeks, my problem areas were firmer, tighter, and more hydrated.
Unfortunately, this product doesn’t offer any type of guarantee, so that’s a bummer!
All in all, this is a quality cellulite product and I’d definitely buy it again.

Texture/Feel
Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream comes out of the jar as a white colored cream.
It’s very thick and reminds me of a body butter.
It feels cool and slick on the skin.
Application
Applying this cream is a breeze.
It’s thicker like a body butter, so you don’t have to worry about it dripping everywhere.
That being said, a little goes a long way!
Start off with a smaller amount rather than going gung-ho.
I used too much a few times and it kind of sits on your skin like a paste and takes longer to fully rub in.
So just start off with a few fingers worth and you should be fine!
Drying Time
The drying time is very quick.
It takes about 5 minutes or less to fully dry.
This is a huge perk because so many cellulite products take an agonizing long time to try and it’s highly annoying.
This one is awesome and doesn’t leave any type of residue or stickiness behind!
Smell (in the bottle)
The smell in the jar is absolutely irresistible!
Hands down, one of the best smelling cellulite creams ever.
I wish everything smelled this good!
I also want this cream in a candle form so my whole house can smell like it because it’s that yummy.
It has a deliciously sweet, nutty, vanilla cupcake smell that’s to die for.
Props to this company for making such an awesome scented cellulite product.
Smell (a few hours after application)
After applying the cream, the smell stays for a few hours, which we’re super happy about because it smells delicious!
About an hour after application, the cream passed the boyfriend smell test.
I asked my boyfriend to smell my bum/legs… an odd request but he was more than up for the task.
His eyes lit up and he thought it smelled amazing!
This is probably the best smelling cellulite cream I’ve tried so far (and I’ve tried a lot!)
Normally it’s embarrassing when you’re wearing cellulite cream that smells awful or like a walking Peppermint Patty.
So I was ecstatic to find a cream that wasn’t repulsive and actually made me want to coat my entire body in it.
And the boyfriend’s approval is always a plus!

The short term results occurred right away!
Within the first day of using it, my skin was velvety soft.

Long Term Results
I saw some great results after using this product daily for a few weeks.
My problem areas (namely my Bum Bum, legs, and tummy) were tighter and firmer.
My skin was silky smooth and oh-so-touchable!
It also made my skin noticeably more hydrated and healthy looking.
So all in all, it definitely helped diminish the appearance of my cellulite.
