    Quick Summary:

Vichy Laboratoires Cellu Destock Serum Flash has some great components, but overall is a pretty mediocre product.

Some of the pros about this cellulite cream are that it smells GREAT and dries FAST. I seriously love the fresh, clean, flowery fragrance of this serum.

The downside of this product is that it is tough to apply because of the watery consistency and the results are below average.

The appearance of my cellulite really didn’t improve much and my skin wasn’t drastically smoother or softer.

The product did leave a caramel tint on the skin that slightly disguised the cellulite, but that’s a temporary fix.

Overall, I was disappointed with this product. I wish it had better results and an easier/cleaner application method.

    Detailed Opinion:

    Texture/Feel

Vichy Laboratoires Cellu Destock Serum Flash is a liquid serum with a watery consistency; it feels very similar to oil, but not greasy.

    Application

This product is supposed to be applied twice a day, which is common among cellulite creams. I used it morning and evening.

The actual “application” is not as simple as it sounds.

The serum comes out of twisty top, which is tough to open and close without spilling the product everywhere.

It’s also difficult to hold in your hand because of its watery consistency, which then makes the application process messy and tedious.

However, once I got the product from my hands onto my problem areas, it did spread nicely and feel good on my skin.

    Drying Time

This lotion dries fast, but it’s not the fastest drying product I’ve tried.

It’s fully absorbed into the skin after about 3-7 minutes without leaving any greasy or sticky feeling, which is super great.

    Smell (in the bottle)

The one thing that Vichy did right is the smell of this product!  It has a very nice fragrance, I love it.

It’s a very soft clean smell that reminds me of a light flowery perfume.

Smell (a few hours after application)

The smell gets better over time.

It’s never an overbearing scent, but it does lessen overtime to a faint fresh scent.

I know I have already said this, but I really loved the clean and fresh smell of this product right away and after a few hours.

    Short Term Results

Directly after applying this product, my skin felt a tiny bit softer.

After a few days of use, my skin still only felt slightly softer, but not more than an average cellulite lotion could achieve.

To be completely honest, I was expecting my skin to feel noticeable different because many cellulite products make my skin SO SOFT, but I really didn’t feel too much of an improvement after using Vichy Laboratoires Cellu Destock Serum Flash.

    Long Term Results

Unfortunately, my skin didn’t look too much different than when I started using this product.

My cellulite was SLIGHTLY less noticeable because the serum leaves a slight tan tint on the skin somewhat disguising cellulite, but nothing too dramatic. (I am probably the ONLY person who would notice the slight improvement on my thighs because it was so subtle that even my closest friend probably wouldn’t see the change.)

Basically, I would say that there were some results, but they were definitely below average.

    Ingredients

    This lotion has 25 ingredients.

It contains some of the more common cellulite ingredients like caffeine and menthol.

The three main ACTIVE ingredients are 6% pure caffeine, hyaluronic acid & salicylic acid.

The Vichy website claims that each of those ingredients are at their highest concentrate, basically making them super powerful in fighting cellulite (although the results proved otherwise).

Dimethicone is another common ingredient used to help moisturize and protect the skin.

    Price

One bottle of Vichy Cellu Destock Serum Flash, costs $48.

At a bottle size of 4.2 oz, that works out to about $11.43 per ounce.

Unfortunately, this is a rather expensive price for a mediocre product.

    Guarantee

According to the Vichy USA website, if you return a product that isn’t empty within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a credit of the money you spent.

However, I couldn’t find this specific product on the Vichy USA website, so I would suggest purchasing it from Amazon, which allows you to return items within 30 days.
